Bad breath seems like a very serious condition, but it is not so serious that it cannot be resolved. In fact, bad breath can be resolved easily by making use of solutions which can be found in your home. Of course it is essential that you pay a lot of attention to oral hygiene and dental care first but these simple solutions readily available in your home will sort out your problems without much ado.
Water is a great element which is capable of so many things but few people ever assume it is a cure for bad breath problems and in fact it is. Dehydration usually results in a dry mouth which plays host to bacteria which stick to your teeth, gums, tongue and anywhere else. Taking water prevents this dehydration.
Bacteria are the number one cause of bad breath and providing them with habitable conditions inside your mouth will not solve your halitosis problem. Take a lot of water to keep your mouth hydrated. This is simple, free and harmless advice you do not have to pay for at a dentist and which is not advertised on TV.
A number of other simple home remedies exist which may not be as cheap as water but which are equally effective. These remedies include chewing parsley and mint leaves. The reason for this is that these herbs possess a great deal of oil content, this oil helps in lubricating the mouth and loosening food particles too. While doing this bad breath is also kept away too. These items are very cheap and it won’t hurt your pockets to try these solutions.
A lot of people have talked about the success they achieve with the chewing of parsley and mint leaves and the improvement of their conditions. Parsley and mint do well in your food as well and they tend to have beneficial effects on the stomach as they neutralize certain digestive problems such as excess stomach acid.
Other remedies for curing bad breath include silica, available in capsule form at most pharmacies, and milk thistle. Both of them help to rid the body of toxins and assist with liver function.
Diet can be a contributory factor to bad breath as well. The strong odors which are usually common in foods such as garlic and liquids such as alcohol can easily be absorbed into the bloodstream only to be exhaled later through the lungs. Reducing or totally avoiding such foods and liquids can resolve or mitigate your halitosis problem.
Many people do not realize how often bad breath is caused by problems with the digestive system and with the body have a buildup of unnatural elements. So if you have tried all the gums and mints that you can find in the candy aisle, try these home remedies to treat bad breath. You will be glad that you did.

[Elizabeth] That kiss. The kiss that Kassi and Joe shared, replayed in my head like a bad movie you can't seem to forget about. One i wished I never had to see, even after knowing I was going on a date on friday with one of the sweetest guys ever. It still bugged me, and annoyed me the cheesy smile Kassi had on her face after they pulled apart. And I couldnt pull my gaze away from their direction. Joe didnt meet my eyes after... and I think if he did look at me I would look away. But I made eye contact with Kassi and she was so happy, I couldnt help but try and put a smile on my face for her... Me and Kassi walked away, I didnt really want to say bye to Joe, I was somewhat hurt, even if he didnt know it. I dont care, his scent would have Kassi all over it. "Oh my gosh! Please comment nd rate dis story! :) Nick's POV I stared at the officer in shock, "what?! where is she? is she still here?" I said fast, he looked at me funny and nodded, "yes she's signing out and i think you shoul..." but before he could finish I was sprinting down the corridor. I really hope this isn't another one of her lies, I mean she's not the most trustworthy person in the world! I ran through some double doors and into the waiting room, several people looked up as I ran up to the desk, "is Alana McKintosh still here?" I asked frantically and slightly out of breath, the lady looked up at me and she shook her head, "she just left," she said pointing to the doors. I quickly ran out, hoping she was still out there, and nearly fell into someone, "crap!...sorry!" I said and went to run off again but the person put their hand on my arm, "Nick!?" I turned around to see Alana staring at me with a tear stained face, "Alana, I was looking for you!" I said walking back to her, she quickly wiped her face with her sleeve, "erm how come you got out so soon...I mean I didn't think..." she choked and tears started to spill down her face. I went closer, "Alana what happened? why didn't you tell me?" I said putting my hands on her shoulders, she shook her head, "I'm so sorry Nick! So when they said that you three had been arrested, I knew I had to do something because well...you've been picked up by the police before and I knew they weren't going to go easy on you..." Now she gets ready and wears the red dress ,her black hair down and straight and light make up. So from then on Jessica and nick met every day and went for lunch or just walk or anything and then its Wednesday .(2 days before the dance and b4 there summer begins) So they were like always walking down the hall in the morning when suddenly Nick asks Jessica if she wants to go to the dance with him and she says yes .Then when they were halfway down Jessica went to her French class when nick went for math.When later on at lunch Jessica was waiting for nick at the table they always sat on with Stacie and he didn’t show up she got worried but Stacie asked her to calm down so they waited an he finaly showed up TALKING to Tina.
